It’s vegan and gluten-free — and no, there’s no xanthum gum keeping it all together. Only whole ingredients you can pronounce. We keep the ingredient list short so you can keep the label reading to a minimum.

We only use single origin 100% italian extra virgin olive (never mention the term “oil blend” in our presence) and fresh, locally grown produce.

I bet when you saw the word “fresh” you also immediately thought “goes bad quickly”. Not so!
We freeze every batch immediately after production and sell it frozen so you can hang onto it for months (if you have that kind of will power - we do not).
Big pro tip: Stock up on a few for last minute house guests or nights where you can’t be bothered to so much as look at a recipe
